Nu e singura modalitate, dar este important\u0103. \u0218i anume, a ne adresa o \u00eentrebare esen\u021bial\u0103: <strong>ce \u021bine de mine, care este responsabilitatea mea \u00een aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie, \u0219i de unde \u00eencepe responsabilitatea celorlal\u021bi?<\/strong> O \u00eentrebare relativ simpl\u0103, dar uneori nu reu\u0219im s\u0103 avem claritatea necesar\u0103 pentru a ne delimita efortul, dar \u0219i r\u0103spunsul emo\u021bional.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Uneori, dac\u0103 suntem <strong>\u00een mediul nepotrivit<\/strong> pentru suficient de mult timp, \u00eencepem s\u0103 ne \u00eendoim de noi (poate e vina noastr\u0103 c\u0103 suntem ineficien\u021bi \u0219i nu c\u0103 este prea mult workload la job \u0219i c\u0103 echipa func\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu oameni \u00een minus). Uneori este vorba de o form\u0103 de manipulare: celebrul picior \u00een u\u0219\u0103, care creeaz\u0103 o a\u0219teptare\/o emo\u021bie, \u0219i apoi \u00ee\u021bi e greu s\u0103 renun\u021bi la prima decizie pozitiv\u0103 (c\u00e2nd ai zis DA).<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Orice situa\u021bie care provoac\u0103 \u00een interior un conflict merit\u0103 evaluat\u0103 \u00eentreb\u00e2ndu-ne \u201eCe anume m\u0103 face s\u0103 nu fiu \u00een pace?\u201d \u0218i evident vor fi situa\u021bii \u00een via\u021b\u0103 \u00een care o decizie va fi greu de luat \u0219i este nevoie s\u0103 c\u00e2nt\u0103rim toate aspectele, s\u0103 negociem\/lucr\u0103m cu ceilal\u021bi p\u00e2n\u0103 la un echilibru mul\u021bumitor.
