(whom gets bored these days anyway?) Maybe you look up familiar names in your <em><strong>agenda<\/strong><\/em>, whom are not really your friends, but you call them anyway to go out (quantity over quality). Or again burry yourself in <em><strong>work<\/strong><\/em>?<\/p><p>For a while this will give you a fake satisfaction that you are doing something. But not looking actually at the fact that you need proper stimulation.<\/p><p>And last, but not least, when there is <strong>less structure<\/strong> in your life (have a chaotic schedule), what do you normally do?<\/p><p>All the questions started with the actual <strong>need<\/strong>. What we usually see is the <strong>excess<\/strong> on the other side: <em><strong>too much structure<\/strong><\/em> (a rigid person), too <em><strong>many stimuli<\/strong><\/em> (maybe addictions, of all kinds), <em><strong>too much on the relationship side<\/strong><\/em> (codependence).<\/p><p><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-8a074d3 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"8a074d3\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-7d5da3b\" data-id=\"7d5da3b\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-04e421d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"04e421d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>So when something is too much in your life, ask yourself : what do I lack?
