Suntem sus\u021binu\u021bi s\u0103 explor\u0103m lumea cu curiozitate, av\u00e2nd \u00een primii ani certitudinea c\u0103 este \u00eentotdeauna cineva care ne ap\u0103r\u0103, sus\u021bine, consoleaz\u0103, \u00eembr\u0103\u021bi\u0219eaz\u0103 \u0219i iube\u0219te <strong>necondi\u021bionat<\/strong>. Necondi\u021bionat de performan\u0163\u0103, de un model ideal de copil pe care ai no\u0219tri p\u0103rin\u021bi \u00eel pot dori. Dac\u0103 acest lucru se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u00een copil\u0103rie, deprindem acel sentiment, \u00eentrupat, c\u0103 apar\u021binem, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd nou\u0103, nu conteaz\u0103 c\u0103 suntem singuri, cu un prieten, un partener de cuplu sau \u020bntr-un grup. In mod autentic \u0219tim s\u0103 manifest\u0103m nevoile, idealurile noastre, limitele, cu respect \u015fi grij\u0103 fa\u0163\u0103 de ceilal\u021bi, f\u0103r\u0103 a cere aprobarea nim\u0103nui. Atunci c\u00e2nd apar\u021binem ne sim\u021bim <strong>siguri, <\/strong>si niciodat\u0103 <strong>singuri <\/strong>in orice conexiune.<\/p><p><strong>Fitting in<\/strong> este pe de alta parte varianta trunchiat\u0103 a lui belonging : este acea variant\u0103 a noastr\u0103 care \u00een prezen\u021ba iubirii condi\u021bionate de figurile parentale, a renun\u021bat la sinele autentic, pentru a-i mul\u021bumi pe p\u0103rin\u021bi : cum altfel? de ace\u0219tia depindea supravie\u021buirea, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd afectiv\u0103. Dac\u0103 suntem \u00een a doua categorie, ne vom scinda : vom crea un sine fals \u00een concordan\u021b\u0103 cu dorin\u021bele p\u0103rin\u021bilor, iar sinele autentic va fi reprimat, \u00eenghesuit \u020bntr-un col\u021b, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd ne vom aminti ca adul\u021bi c\u0103 exist\u0103 o s\u0103m\u00e2n\u021b\u0103 care poate \u00eencol\u021bi oric\u00e2nd. Dar p\u00e2n\u0103 sa ne amintim de s\u0103m\u00e2n\u021b\u0103, vom dori s\u0103 fit in \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu prietenii, partenerii de cuplu, grupurile cu care ne asociem pentru o perioad\u0103. Si pentru fiecare din aceste leg\u0103turi, mai <strong>ajustam un pic sinele fals<\/strong> pentru a <strong>nu fi respin\u0219i \u015fi abandona\u021bi<\/strong>, ne mai cerem un pic scuze. Paradoxul este c\u0103 nici una din conexiunile pentru care facem eforturi de fitting in nu este una sigur\u0103, ci doar cre\u0219te sentimentul de inadecvare \u015fi singur\u0103tate.<\/p><p>Este foarte reconfortant s\u0103 nu facem nici un efort l\u00e2ng\u0103 cei al\u0103turi de care apar\u021binem!
